MONDAY

Yoga - Vinyasa
Meets Monday 07:00 PM - 07:55 PM.
Fitness Room.
This Vinyasa flow class will bring you deeper into all areas of your body through precise alignment cues. We'll tap underworked parts of your body to create ease and evenness in your practice. Incorporating elements of Yin yoga, this class will evolve based on the seasons, time of day, energy levels and conditions of the practitioners in order to create strength through sustainable practice and find a greater sense of ease. All levels welcome

Yoga - Yoga for Relaxation
Meets Monday 08:00 PM - 08:55 PM.
Main Gym - Fitness Room.
This is an all-levels class that will include breath work, a gentle, slow flow to work out tension, allowing us to drop into a quiet space for the deep relaxation of restorative poses. This class will focus on supporting the body so that the practitioner can unwind and release. Props such as blocks, straps and blankets will be used. Please bring socks and a sweatshirt. Please provide your own yoga mat. Whatever your reason for practicing, or your level of experience - we welcome you.

AcroYoga Fit (AYFit)

FRI 04:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

Rimac.
A creative fusion of yoga, strength training, acrobatic partner work, a strong introduction to inversions followed by time to chill and restore. We’ll partake of a warming swig of vinyasa flow, a dash of introductory inversion training, creative core work and cardio with our friends, introductory basing and flying topped off with a restorative garnish. Note that in this class there will be some partner work though it is not necessary to bring one! Registration required for Friday Class
