Join us for a day of rejuvenation and self-care at beautiful Keys Creek Lavender Farm in Valley Center. We'll start our day with a luxurious slow flow yoga practice graced by the farms scented breezes and the sounds of nature. A healthy, leisurely lunch will be prepared by our own private chef and enjoyed on the beautiful patio. The afternoon is yours to explore the farm, relax by the salt water pool or partake of an open air thai massage. We'll gather in the afternoon for a live music mediation experience with Musical Medicine Woman, Kerem Brule.
Rhythm of the day:
12:30pm-1:30pm: Catered Lunch
1:30pm-4pm: Explore the lavender paths, read, draw, dip in the salt water pool, receive en plein air massage
4:00pm: Sound Healing Meditation with Kerem Brulee Musical Medicine Woman

Keys Creek Lavender Farm is nestled in a beautiful, serene valley in Northern San Diego County. Just 40 minutes from downtown San Diego, you will find one of the most enchanting places after a picturesque drive over roads that wind through orchards and ranches. The final mile or two of the drive is down a quaint and bumpy single lane dirt drive. Please consider carpooling with another attendee to reduce your footprint.

Explore Acadia National Park during the heart of summer.
Rest and recharge with two daily yoga practices. Join in for group cycling, hiking, kayaking, and stand-up paddle board adventures around the island and throughout stunning Acadia National Park, or take the day at your own pace. Our inviting retreat center is a wonderful to place relax and read, draw, or work on your next knitting project.
Retreat accommodations for these five days are tucked away in a private corner of Seal Cove and abound with natural beauty, nature trails and feature salt water tidal frontage. There are kayaks and canoes available for your use.
The popular tourist destination of Bar Harbor is only a short jaunt away. If you have a hankering for sampling local libations, tours and generous tastings are available at the local microbrewery.
All accommodations are included; accommodation styles vary from fully equipped guest rooms to more rustic lodging options. Meals are included and prepared with organic, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Our menu will be gluten and dairy free and include seafood offerings. Fresh, local lobster and steamers will be served.
Our retreat will begin with an evening practice followed by dinner.
The daily rhythm:
8:30-10am Morning practice
Free time or optional activity (bagged lunch option)
5:30-7pm Evening practice
Evening practice time is approximate and subject to flux based on the day's adventures.
Breakfast is provided on the day of departure.
Our yoga practice will be diverse, informed by our bodies and the activities we participate in. You can expect some vinyasa flow, strength training, restorative yoga, self massage with yoga therapy and Melt balls and a large dose of Hatha. Our practice space is the beautiful Pacific Hall, a converted church from 1902.
Optional group activities include an exploration by bicycle of some of the island's most scenic carriage trails, sea kayaking on the quiet side of MDI, hiking to a local swimming hole and stand up paddle board activities on the lake.
